Retail Security & Loss Prevention in Ontario

Shoplifting, organized retail crime and internal theft cost Ontario retailers billions annually. 1st Nations Security provides uniformed retail security guards and plain-clothes loss prevention specialists who protect stores, shopping centres, pharmacies, liquor stores and cannabis retailers across Ontario — reducing shrinkage while keeping your customers and staff safe.

Our retail loss prevention programs combine visible uniformed deterrence at entrances and exits, plain-clothes floor walkers trained in lawful apprehension, CCTV and EAS monitoring, fitting room control, and detailed incident documentation that stands up in court. We tailor coverage to your store hours, high-risk periods and shrinkage data.

From big-box retail in the GTA to independent stores in Kenora, Dryden and Fort Frances, our retail security guards are trained in de-escalation, customer service and Ontario's legal framework for citizen's arrest and use of force — protecting your merchandise and your reputation.
